Brexit: A Very British Civil War

    9pm, BBC Two
What a decade it’s been. As the nation prepares to link hands and joyfully celebrate the 10th anniversary of the decision to leave the EU, this two-part documentary recaps the febrile weeks and months around that choice. History, it is said, is written by the winners. And so it proves here: disappointingly, this story is told overwhelmingly from the perspective of the factions making up the leave campaign, as Michael Gove, Kate Hoey, Nigel Farage, Arron Banks and Boris Johnson offer their thoughts. Meanwhile, in the remain corner, it’s basically David Cameron, George Osborne and, muttering sadly to himself, Jeremy Corbyn. Fascinating and horrifying. Phil Harrison

Gareth Southgate: Changing the Game for Young Men

    9pm, BBC One
As explored in the recent drama Dear England, Gareth Southgate’s time as England football manager was transformative. In this documentary, he’s turning his attention to the practical and emotional struggles facing less-privileged young men. He visits unemployed youngsters in Middlesbrough, kids struggling with the education system in Essex and young prisoners to ponder the challenges they face. PH

    Springwatch

    8pm, BBC Two
Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan present the third and final week of the round-the-clock celebration of nature from the lakeside Crom reserve in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. Roving reporter Iolo Williams heads to East Yorkshire to observe seabirds on Bempton Cliffs. Graeme Virtue

    G’wed

    10.35pm, ITV2

    A living nightmare … G’wed. Photograph: ITV

A third series of the scouse schoolboy comedy opens with a dream sequence – and quickly becomes a living nightmare when Reece wakes up to find that Disneyland Darren has moved in. Plus, he’s dealing with the mortification of his mum’s new boyfriend, Mr Dunn, as well as helping with the school’s refugee project. Hollie Richardson

    Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera

    9pm, ITV1
Like TikTok on telly, this show collates shocking real-life moments that have been captured on smartphones. This roundup features a pilot who has to steer a plane away from a crowded beach and a skier who finds someone buried alive in the ice (spookily, the plot of a Kate Bush song). Priya Elan

Jeremy Bamber: Proof of Innocence – The Missing Phone Call

    9pm, Channel 5
Despite consistently proclaiming his innocence, Jeremy Bamber has been in prison for the murder of his family since 1985. However, new facts have recently emerged that could vindicate him. This documentary re-examines the case, exploring ballistic evidence, previously unseen documents and, most crucially, the details of a possible 999 call. PH

    Live sport

Tennis, Queen’s, 1pm, BBC Two. Day one of the grass-court tournament in west London, with Serena Williams due to make her comeback to the sport.
