    Newspaper headlines: Chancellor ‘warns’ supermarkets and ‘own goal’

    The Sunday Telegraph reports, external that Chancellor John Healey has warned of more “cost-of-living pain” because of the Iran war, but says he’ll be “hands on” to protect the public. He’s written in the paper that he’ll be watching closely for any suggestion of people being “ripped off” when shopping for essential groceries, or filling up their car at the petrol pump.
