Interested applicants are encouraged to reach out to the company’s human resources department for details.

Galway-based electronics manufacturing company M&M Qualtech has announced 18 new jobs across a variety of roles in its facility. The announcement comes as a part of the company’s ongoing business expansion.

M&M Qualtech, founded in 1988, is based in Galway’s Parkmore Business Park. It specialises in electronics, cables and full box builds for high cost of failure environments.

The company works with businesses in the medical devices, automotive, aviation, Internet of Things and information and communication technology sectors.

Here is a full list of roles M&M Qualtech is seeking:

  • 10 Production operators – Day shifts
  • Two SMT operators – One day and one evening shift
  • Two manufacturing engineers – Day shifts
  • One quality inspector – Day shift
  • One HR and recruitment administrator – Day shift
  • One test technician – Day shift
  • One training and production specialist – Day shift

The company invites interested applicants to reach out directly to the its human resources department at hr@mmqualtech.ie for further details on the role and to submit their applications.

“The continued growth of M&M Qualtech reflects the trust of our global clients and the exceptional work of our team,” said Roger Grant, the managing director at M&M Qualtech.

“We are proud to be part of Galway’s thriving innovation ecosystem and deeply value the opportunity to contribute to local job creation. This latest recruitment drive marks another important milestone in our journey and we look forward to welcoming new talent to our expanding organisation.”

Earlier this year, local news outlets reported that M&M Qualtech recycled 36 tonnes of cardboard in 2024, resulting in a reduction of 78 tonnes of C02 emissions.

In recent years, Galway-based businesses have collectively created several hundred new jobs. This January, Aerogen, Ireland’s largest indigenous medtech company, announced 725 jobs at its Galway and Shannon manufacturing sites.

The new jobs are part of a €300m expansion of the business supported by Enterprise Ireland.
