Yahoo Mail, one of the world’s oldest email services, has been down since the evening of Thursday, July 24, affecting thousands of users globally, according to Yahoo Customer Service.
“We understand some users are currently experiencing difficulties accessing their accounts. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available,” said Yahoo Customer Care on X.
“We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause,” they added.
Money Control said “the disruption began on the evening of July 24, 2025, affecting thousands of users worldwide.”
Reports indicate issues ranging from login failures to server errors, with individual and business users impacted, the news outlet added.
