505 Games and Leenzee Games have announced that Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will launch on July 24th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Pre-orders are now live alongside a new gameplay trailer where protagonist Wuchang battles Fang Ling, the “Perfect Bride.” Check it out below.
Wuchang utilizes two weapons during the fight – the spear and dual sabers – with the former capable of automatically countering and stepping back. The latter has an attack akin to snipping with garden shears, which also seemingly functions as a counterattack, but you can seamlessly switch between the two. While magic is briefly visible, Leenzee assured players can lean heavily into it for their playstyle.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will launch with 25 weapons and 40 spells and promises 40 to 60 hours for an average playthrough. There are also over three endings to unlock, each unique and completely different from the others. Head here for more gameplay, or learn more about the lore here.
