Outlook Table Mesa, a 250-unit multifamily apartment community in Wheat Ridge, has been sold for $97 million to Utah-based FJ Management Inc., a private holding company that manages a portfolio of petroleum, health care and hospitality-related assets.

The 16-building community, situated on a 12.2-acre site, was sold by Phoenix-based developer Evergreen Devco Inc.

Regional managing director Dave Martin and senior vice president Brian Mooney of Northmarq’s Denver office negotiated the sale on behalf of Evergreen.

“The sale of Outlook Table Mesa marks a proud milestone for Evergreen and our Clear Creek Crossing mixed-use project,” said Tyler Carlson, Evergreen Devco’s Managing Principal & CEO.

“Outlook Table Mesa is our second residential community in Clear Creek and an important part of our live, work, play, public-private partnership with the City of Wheat Ridge.“

Outlook Table Mesa boasts a highly amenitized clubhouse featuring a business lounge, fitness center, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and a secure mail room with package lockers and a dedicated space for oversized deliveries. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with a swim-up bar and spa, fire pits, BBQ stations, a dog park, pet spa, and multiple shade structures and game areas. Situated within Clear Creek Crossing at 4051 Clear Creek Dr., the apartment community opened last year and offers a variety of pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging from more than 640 to over 1,200 square feet, according to their website.

Founded in 1974, Evergreen specializes in the development of retail, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use properties, along with tenant rollouts, redevelopment and asset management.

Evergreen is developing more than 70 retail, industrial, and apartment projects and has completed more than 650 projects. Most recently, the company broke ground on The Lookout at Clear Creek Crossing, a dining and entertainment destination in Wheat Ridge.

The company has over 70 employees, with offices in Arizona, Colorado, California and Utah.
