To watch live online via a PC or laptop you can use the BBC or ITV’s own streaming services, iPlayer and ITVX.

You can opt to pay for ITVX Premium if you want to watch ad-free, although not for live streams, as well as simultaneous streams and downloads. There’s a free 7-day trial then it’s £5.99pm or £59.99 annually.

There will also be a highlights show on BBC One called Six Nations Rugby Special, hosted by Ugo Monye. This will be available on BBC Two and iPlayer from 6:00pm on Sundays.

If you’re not watching via a web browser, then apps are free to download to a phone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play.

There’s also the free official Six Nations app – available on Android and iOS – which on the website says offers “real-time updates and live streaming” but we haven’t tried it yet.
