Pure Telecom SME hub now connecting more than 1,000 businesses

Pure Telecom, the Irish-owned telecoms provider, has announced that its dedicated SME hub is now connecting more than 1,000 Irish SMEs, across 3,000 locations in Ireland and the UK, with high-speed broadband. The company, which has partnerships with 30 managed service providers (MSPs) nationwide, is underpinning Ireland’s economic growth by keeping SMEs reliably connected.

Pure Telecom’s SME hub establishes and maintains partnerships with MSPs to directly meet the needs of SMEs in Ireland. With a dedicated team, and response times of under 30 seconds, it also helps MSPs to better manage the full suite of IT services for their SME customers. MSPs can make margins on Pure Telecom’s services, while also improving their own customer care by managing broadband connectivity on behalf of their customers.

Pure Telecom anticipates further growth as it partners with more MSPs, particularly as demand for faster, more reliable internet connections, or dedicated internet access (DIA), increases.

In total, the SME hub has enabled Pure Telecom to support more than 20,000 employees in Ireland – from home offices to multi-site operations. By leveraging partnerships with every major carrier, including open eir, SIRO, NBI, Virgin Media, Enet, COLT, Elio, EU Networks and more, Pure Telecom guarantees full nationwide coverage for SMEs, with connectivity speeds of up to 10Gb.

Jonathan Long, Head of Operations, Pure Telecom, said: “At Pure Telecom, our focus is on making customer connections easy. Irish SMEs need flexibility, reliability and support they can trust. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with MSPs to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring businesses can thrive no matter where they are located – and what their plans for growth and scale are.

“Connectivity is no longer just a utility – it’s the foundation for every digital service that SMEs rely on, from payments to cloud systems. Pure Telecom’s mission is to give Irish businesses the connectivity they deserve: seamless, scalable and built for growth.”
