Virginia Giuffre’s death by suicide on Saturday adds another layer to the mystery surrounding the British Royal Family’s most scandalous photo of her, Prince Andrew, and Jeffrey Epstein’s right-hand person, Ghislain Maxwell, the BBC wrote.
And if that were not enough, conspiracy theorists will surely have their say after a 2019 Giuffre tweet that went viral resurfaced late on Saturday night on dozens of X user accounts, including by @bennyjohnson, who has 3.6 million followers.
In her post, Giuffre, who left three children behind, said: “I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. I have made this known to my therapist and GP.” Giuffre, who died aged 41, also warned that if something were to happen to her and for the protection of her family, her death should be investigated. “If something happens to me – in the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them.
‘Does anybody believe this bullshit’
“Too many evil people want to see me [quieted],” she concluded.
For starters, @catturd2, who also has about 3.6 million followers, wrote on X that it is hard to believe that she recovered from a car crash against a bus and then decides to take her own life.
“Hit by a bus last week, hospitalized in serious condition, then she recovers but commits suicide this week,” @catturd2 said on X. “Does anyone believe this bullshit?”
US Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Green, known for her conspiracy theories, posted a photo of Prince Andrew and Giuffre and, casting doubt on her death, wrote: “Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre has died by ‘suicide.’ The truth needs to come out, no matter who is responsible.”
‘Struck by a school bus going 110km/h’
Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew and other influential men of sexually exploiting her as a teenager trafficked by financier Jeffrey Epstein, was riding in a car on March 30th that was struck by a school bus, she said, which was moving at 110 km/h.
Lying in a hospital bed after the accident, she wrote on Instagram. “This year has been the worst start to a new year. I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.”
She added: “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.”
For now, her death has been labelled as “not suspicious.” Her family confirmed her death by suicide, remembering her as a fierce advocate against sexual abuse.
