The Double Stack is Ninja’s newest and most innovative air fryer. It’s essentially a conventional dual-drawer model that’s been upended to give you a whopping 9.5 litres of cooking space for a far more compact countertop footprint.
And it comes with wire racks, so you can double up on cooking space within the two baskets.
The problem with the Double Stack is that, as it’s brand-spanking-new, it’s incredible pricey, typically selling for £269.99, making it one of the most expensive air fryers around.
But if you buy it in Amazon’s Prime Day sale – on for the next 48 hours – you can make a huge, £60 saving. Plus, the model is in a limited-edition copper colourway.
Bear in mind that, although the Prime Day sale runs until midnight on 17 July, we’d expect the Double Stack to sell out long before then, so don’t delay.
This deal is sadly not available in the US.
You can find out more about the Double Stack in our full review, but here’s a summary of its features.
It has six cooking modes: air fry, max crisp (for frozen food), bake, roast, reheat and dehydrate. You can adjust these functions by time and temperature so that they cover almost anything you’d want to cook in the appliance.
Everything is controlled via an intuitive control panel and digital display, and it has match and sync functions, so you can copy the cooking settings from one drawer to another or ensure that both cooking programmes finish at the same time.
Ninja provides plenty of cooking advice as well. There’s a peel-away label on the front of the air fryer, with suggested cooking times for popular foods, including chicken, chips, sausages, steak, fish and veggies. You’ll also get a quick start guide, which contains from-scratch recipe suggestions and cooking charts, so it’s a good option for those new to air fryers.
