The expansion will support the organisation’s global scaling efforts, further establishing Ireland as one of Europe’s most dynamic global hubs.
MyComplianceOffice (MCO), an Irish provider of integrated compliance technology solutions, has announced it will be expanding its technology and engineering teams in conjunction with the opening of a new office in Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
The organisation said it “will be hiring engineering leadership (directors and managers) to lead newly formed engineering teams across all levels. These teams will be supported by a new product owner and quality automation engineers.
“They will focus on building new features across both existing and upcoming products, many of which will leverage and integrate AI technologies.”
Founded by Brian Fahey, MCO is a compliance platform that aims to eliminate waste and ineffectiveness from manual processes and systems. The company is based in Dublin and has a presence in New York, Fort Worth, Chicago, Singapore, London and Hyderabad.
The new Dublin office will serve as a strategic base for MCO’s corporate headquarters, deepening the company’s investment in Ireland’s technology ecosystem, and according to MCO the new premises will support continued hiring and product development.
Commenting on the announcement, Conor O’Kane, MCO’s CTO said, “Our new office demonstrates our commitment to delivering world-class technology from a world-class location.
“This move gives our teams the space and infrastructure required to continue providing innovative compliance software that meets the complex regulatory requirements our clients face, with responsible AI playing an increasingly important role in that work.”
Anne Lanigan, the head of technology and services at Enterprise Ireland welcomed the news of MCO’s expansion, stating it “exemplifies the strength of Ireland’s homegrown technology sector and its ability to compete on the global stage”.
She added, “As an Irish company serving financial institutions worldwide, MCO’s continued expansion demonstrates the calibre of innovation emerging from Ireland and the vital role firms like MCO play in addressing complex regulatory challenges for international clients.”
