ITC among 39 stocks nearing ex-dates for dividends, bonus, splits next week. Do you own any?

Stocks such as ITC and Cochin Shipyard will be in focus next week as they approach their record dates for corporate actions including dividends, bonus shares, and stock splits.

The record date serves as a cut-off date when companies determine which shareholders qualify for corporate benefits. For shareholders to be eligible for buybacks, bonus issues, or stock splits, they must hold shares in their demat accounts on the record date.

To qualify for these corporate benefits, investors need to purchase shares at least one trading day before the ex-date, as settlements occur the following day. Those who buy shares on or after the ex-date will not be entitled to these corporate actions.

Monday, February 10

Dividend

Aster DM Healthcare announced a dividend of Rs 4.

GPT Infraprojects announced a dividend of Rs 1.

Indian Toners & Developers announced a dividend of Rs 4.5.

Suraj Ltd announced a dividend of Rs 1.5.

Rights issue

Jyoti Structures announced a right issue wherein 9 shares will be offered for every 26 shares held, for a price of Rs 16.
