Microsoft has a stacked lineup of major first-party releases lined up for 2024, but while a number of them are officially confirmed for this year, not many of them have specific release dates. That, however, is going to change at the company’s summer showcase in June, as per a report published by The Verge.
Microsoft recently announced that the Xbox Games Showcase will take place on June 9, and as per the aforementioned report, release dates will be announced for multiple upcoming first-party releases. That will include MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which will allegedly launch in December (something that past reports have claimed as well), and Obsidian Entertainment’s Avowed, which has an official Fall launch window, and as per The Verge, will release in November.
Release dates will also allegedly be announced for the next Call of Duty game, Microsoft Flight SImulator 2024, and Starfield’s first expansion, Shattered Space. Read more on that through here.
Prior leaks have claimed that Gears 6 will also be announced at the showcase.
