Global law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has moved into its new Denver office at 1900 Lawrence, a recently completed 30-story tower in Denver’s Central Business District.

Gibson Dunn was the first tenant to sign a lease at the office tower and will occupy the top floor, covering approximately 30,621 square feet.

“Having established our Denver office more than four decades ago, our move into this new building marks an exciting milestone in our ongoing commitment to Denver and enhances the experience of our employees and clients,” said a Gibson Dunn spokesperson in an email to The Post.

Completed last year, the tower offers over 700,000 square feet of office space, six levels of parking, two levels of underground parking and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The $400 million building was designed by Goettsch Partners and developed by Riverside Investment & Development Co., Convexity Properties and Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC.

It features 11 private tenant terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass and 29,000- to 31,000-square-foot floorplates, according to 1900 Lawrence’s website and floor plans.

Building amenities include a rooftop pickleball court, outdoor entertainment space, meeting and conference space, lounge areas, a fitness center and a golf simulator.

Insurance broker Marsh McLennan plans to occupy 12,000 square feet on the 19th floor, while Monfort Companies, a firm specializing in development, private equity and investment management, is also considering leasing office space in the building.

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has maintained a presence in the Denver area since 1981.

They have clients in a range of industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, technology, life sciences, health care, manufacturing, private equity, financial services, travel and leisure and telecommunications.
