SXSW 2025 kicked off with a round of premieres and surprise appearances! See which celebs showed up for the annual festival and conference.
The 2025 South by Southwest film festival — a.k.a. SXSW — kicked off on March 7, and it’s set to conclude on March 15. Film fans know that the annual Austin, Texas-based event holds premieres of various TV shows and movies in addition to conferences between actors and other creatives.
This year, guests included the season 2 cast of HBO’s hit drama The Last of Us, which consists of series stars Bella Ramsey and Pedro Pascal and newcomer Kaitlyn Dever. Additionally, Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick were there to greet fans for the premiere of their film Another Simple Favor.
