Keychron keyboards might lack that trademark “gamer” aesthetic but can match the features of other gaming keyboards at a fraction of the price. Right now through Aug. 11, some of our favorite Keychron keyboards are on sale at Woot, with some options on sale for their lowest price ever.
Each fully assembled keyboard can be equipped with a number of switch options out of the box. However, every Keychron keyboard is hot-swappable, making them compatible with virtually any three or five-pin aftermarket mechanical switch. Keychron keyboards are also compatible with a variety of custom keycaps and can have their layout and RGB lighting customized using the browser-based Via software.
In my humble opinion, you can’t go wrong with any Keychron keyboard, but if I had to choose one to take home from this sale, it would be the Keychron Q3. This 87-key, wired keyboard is available in two flavors — one that features a remappable knob and another without. The version with the knob is only available in navy blue, and is currently discounted to $89.99 (was $209.99). The knob-less Q3 is on sale for $84.99 (was $209.99) and is available in either navy blue or slate grey.
Some other options you might want to check out include the wireless Keychron K6, which is on sale for $49.99 (was $86.99), or the 65% layout Keychron Q2 for $79.99 (was $199.99), which is available in either slate grey or navy blue. If you need a keyboard that’s even smaller, you can also find the 60% Keychron Q4 on sale for $69.99 (was $179.99).
