Announced in 2019, Suspicious Developments’ Tactical Breach Wizards has finally received a release date of August 22nd for PC. A demo is available in the meantime, and you can also check out the trailer below, outlining your squad members and their skills.
Tactical Breach Wizards, as the name implies, is about taking down criminals through breach-and-clear tactics but with magic. Thugs with guns eventually give way to hostile wizards, including a shadowy group that’s way more skilled. Meanwhile, you have the Necromedic who needs to kill her squadmates to heal them and the Navy Seer who keeps forgetting his backstory (though the precognition makes up for it).
With a campaign lasting about eight or so hours and the humor that defined other titles like Gunpoint and Heat Signature, Tactical Breach Wizards is a unique experience.
