Earlier this month, the company informed the stock exchanges via an exchange filing that it would declare its results for the three and nine months ended December 2024 on January 28.
“Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28th January 2025, to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company on a standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024,” the company had said in its filing.
Suzlon Energy Q2 Results
Suzlon Energy reported a 96% year-on-year (YoY) jump in its September quarter consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 201 crore compared to Rs 102 crore in the same period last year. The company’s revenue from operations during the quarter stood at Rs 2,093 crore, up 48% from Rs 1,417 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the quarter were Rs 294 crore, compared to Rs 225 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting a 31% YoY increase.

Suzlon Energy Share Price Target
According to analyst recommendations on Trendlyne, Suzlon Energy shares have a consensus rating of ‘buy’ based on evaluations from seven analysts. Of these, four analysts have given a ‘strong buy’ rating, one has recommended a ‘buy,’ and two have suggested a ‘hold.’

However, it has experienced declines in shorter timeframes, including a 16.45% drop over the last week, 15.98% over the past two weeks, and 24.10% over the past month. The three-month performance is down by 32.25%, with a six-month decline of 22.47%. Year-to-date (YTD) performance shows a decrease of 26.54%.
