Given The Chinese Room’s track record, it’s no surprise that the studio’s new titles are always met with the sort of excitement that they are, which is something that’s certainly been true of the upcoming Still Wakes the Deep as well. The narrative-driven horror game has looked promising in the lead-up to its release, and less than a month away from launch, The Chinese Room and publisher Secret Mode have offered more details on the game- specifically, on the names that will adorn its voice cast.
With a recently uploaded behind-the-scenes minidoc, The Chinese Room has revealed that Still Wakes the Deep protagonist Cameron “Caz” McLeary will be played by Scottish actor Alec Newman (a.k.a. Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk: Edgerunner’s Adam Smasher), while Caz’s wife Suze will be played by Neve McIntosh. The rest of the game’s cast includes the likes of Karen Dunbar, Michael Abubakar, Clive Russell, Shaun Dooley, and more. Check out the minidoc below for more details.
Still Wakes the Deep launches on June 18 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It will also be available via Game Pass at launch.
