Jocelyn Wildenstein, a.k.a “Catwoman,” was a tabloid obsession in the 1990s and early 2000s — but she was much more than just a public fixture. After landing fame, the Swiss socialite navigated several setbacks, including her bankruptcy filing. However, she eventually returned to the spotlight by reportedly filming a reality TV series.

On December 31, 2024, Jocelyn died at the age of 84 from a pulmonary embolism. Her partner, Lloyd Klein, publicly described her final moments, noting that they were both celebrating New Year’s Eve together before she died in her sleep.
