The company announced its latest South Africa-based acquisition earlier this month.
Irish cybersecurity provider Integrity360 is continuing its string of acquisitions by purchasing Cresco, a Brussels-based security services company.
The acquisition allows Integrity360 to continue expanding into continental Europe and boost its offensive security, cybersecurity consulting and compliance capability, the company said. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in 2020 by Clément Laurens and Youssef Bey, Cresco offers its services to clients in Belgium and Luxembourg across sectors including finance, insurance, communications, healthcare, energy and government. The company has a team of more than 30.
Cresco specialises in ethical hacking and offensive security expertise. It also provides cybersecurity consultancy and governance, as well as risk and compliance services including gap assessments and implementation plans for frameworks such as NIS2.
Integrity360 plans to turn Cresco into a regional services hub for the group for the Benelux region encompassing Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, the company said. In 2026, this will include the addition of a new Security Operations Centre based in Brussels.
The company currently has seven such centres spread across Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Meanwhile, Cresco customers are expected to benefit from access to Integrity360’s cybersecurity portfolio, including cyber risk and assurance, comprehensive all-day incident response and forensics services, as well as infrastructure and technology services.

At the start of the month, Integrity360 purchased South Africa-based Redshift, marking its third acquisition in the region since 2024. The Redshift acquisition followed the Irish company’s previous acquisitions in South Africa – Nclose, earlier this year, and Grove last year.
