For the period ended September 2024, the company clocked total revenues of Rs 11.59 crore and net profit of Rs 2.4 crore.
7) Objects of the offer
The net proceeds from the public offer will be used for funding capital expenditure towards renovation of existing Andheri office and studio, establishment of new branch office in Lucknow, incremental working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
