Dragon Age: The Veilguard is slated to release in Q3 of the current fiscal year, according to Electronic Arts in its latest financial reports, i.e., sometime from October 1st to December 31st, 2024. Though it previously announced a Fall release window, this eliminates any possibility of the fantasy role-playing game launching from September 22nd/23rd onwards.
It also aligns with Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb reporting a release sometime in October. Plans could change – perhaps a slight delay here or there for polish – but Electronic Arts reaffirming a launch this calendar year should be good news for fans.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. BioWare confirmed it would announce the release date in August while providing new gameplay and a roadmap of additional updates. Perhaps at Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 20th, with further details throughout the trade show’s duration? Stay tuned in the meantime for updates.
