The Future Games Show returns on August 21st at 1 PM PST, airing immediately after Gamescom Opening Night Live. It features over 50 titles from various developers and publishers, with a recent press release confirming heavy hitters like Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 and GreedFall 2: The Dying World.
The former will offer two “deep dive” interviews with developers at Firaxis Games, separate from the +20-minute gameplay showcase on its dedicated Twitch channel at 1:30 PM PST. GreedFall 2’s details are unknown, but we should receive some new gameplay before its PC early access launch on September 24th.
Other noteworthy titles include indie efforts like SPINE and Caravan SandWitch. Views can also look forward to the presence of Tripwire Presents, Nacon, Plaion, Rebellion, and 2K. We’ll likely see titles like Atomfall, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, Terminator: Survivors, and probably some new announcements. Maybe Hell is Us will make an appearance as well after lacking updates since 2022. Stay tuned in the meantime.
