She has said that firefighters told her, her son passed away from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Multiple fires have engulfed neighbourhoods across Los Angeles in the last 72 hours in what residents are describing as apocalyptic scenes. With more than 144,000 people under orders to evacuate and that number likely to increase as winds continue to pick up and propel the fires further.

There are currently 6 fires burning, some only partially controlled, others still out of control, The Palisades, Eaton, Kenneth, Lidia, Hurst and Archer fires have caused damage to thousands of structures.

The fires are currently burning over 37,614 acres with the largest and original Palisades fire accounting for 21,500 acres of that total number. President Joe Biden has described the devastation as “a war scene.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have visited survivors and emergency workers of the Eaton fire, they have also taken in friends forced to flee their homes.

An alleged arsonist has been arrested in connection with starting the Kenneth Fire.
