Rumblings around Star Wars Outlaws have been growing increasingly louder in recent days. Recently, Ubisoft revealed that it would be premiering a new story trailer of the open world action-adventure title on April 9, and with many hoping that the trailer comes with a release date announcement, it’s now also looking like pre-orders for the title will be going live soon as well.
Spotted and shared by Twitter user @JordanMaison, it looks like promotional material for Star Wars Outlaws pre-orders has started going up in certain GameStop stores. It’s possible, based on this, that the upcoming trailer will be accompanied by Ubisoft opening up pre-orders for the title.
Recent weeks have also suggested that Star Wars Outlaws might actually be closer to launch than expected. Though Ubisoft has only given a vague 2024 launch window for the game so far, it has recently received age ratings in Brazil, Australia, and South Korea, suggesting that it could be approaching release. Earlier this year, leaks claimed that the game was set to come out in the first half of 2024.
Whenever it launches, Star Wars Outlaws will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Stay tuned for its story trailer in a couple days’ time.
