Speaking from experience, some of my biggest writer’s blocks happen when I struggle to find a starting point. I know what I want to write and I have a pretty solid idea of how to go about it. But, I get stuck on the details.
That happens with every writer I know and it’s usually where writer’s block begins. Once you get stuck with questions like “how do I start” and “how do I end,” you will end up on a loop and it’s game over. You’re going to be stuck staring at a blank piece of paper for hours.
That’s why I’m an advocate of healthy partnership with AI writing tools. LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude are your friends. However, when you’re using these tools, your work is also at risk of getting flagged as machine-generated, even if you’re only using them to proofread.
So, enter Undetectable AI. This AI humanizer and paraphrasing tool can help alleviate some of the pressures that come with false positive AI detection. Beyond that, let’s talk about the biggest reasons why I’m such a fan of this platform.
What is Undetectable AI?
Whenever I know when I’m in danger of false positive AI detection, something that happens quite often, I go for Undetectable AI.
This isn’t just your ordinary AI paraphrasing tool — Undetectable AI is an AI humanizer and bypassing tool that works by removing all traces of LLM in your input. This involves removing certain words that appear too often in machine-generated text (you know the ones) and adding some unpredictability in your text.
We won’t go into too much detail about Undetectable AI, so I highly suggest that you read more about it in our complete review here.
Why You Need Undetectable AI
You might be wondering: “why the heck would I need Undetectable AI? I didn’t even use LLM.”
Well, I argue that Undetectable AI’s for everyone —- the reason being that false positive AI detection happens. This is when you’re accused of using ChatGPT or Claude when you know that you didn’t.
Undetectable AI is a quick way of balancing the scales between human and AI writing. To be more specific, here are the five reasons you should be using Undetectable AI right now:
It Humanizes Your Input
This first one is simple: Undetectable AI turns machine-generated writing into something that reads more human. I’ve already mentioned this earlier in the article, but Undetectable AI paraphrases your text so that it’s a little less robotic.
How does it do that exactly? Well, it involves a lot of steps, including:
- Removing common AI words like utilize, revolutionize, delve, etc.
- Removing lists, something that’s way too common in AI-generated text.
- Adding intentional errors that aren’t present in LLM outputs. (We’ll talk more about this later)
Saying it is one thing, seeing is another. So, to prove it, I’m going to generate a text using ChatGPT. I’m also going to show you its AI likelihood score using Sapling, one of our most trusted AI detection tools as proven by our latest batch of testing.
At 100%, this won’t work, especially in universities where they’ve implemented a strict “no AI use” rule.
Now, let’s try to process that short essay using Undetectable AI.
Let’s try Sapling again, shall we?
From 100% to 27.8%. If that’s not proof that Undetectable AI works, I don’t know what is. If you’re still unconvinced, we’ve actually already tried Undetectable AI extensively against other AI detectors like Copyleaks and GPTZero. You can also read our complete testing of this tool against 8 of the most popular AI detection tools.
It works — plain and simple.
You Can Make Your Essays Less Monotonous
When ChatGPT first burst into the scene, I was impressed with how well it can write. However, the more I read its output, the more desensitized I become.
The reason for this is that they’re simply too monotonous. Whenever I ask them to write something, I think about Gary Provost’s quote about good writing:
Since LLMs work with patterns, their writing can’t exactly sing. They’re monotonous, repetitive, sentences are notoriously long, and they don’t have that “it” factor.
Undetectable AI isn’t perfect, but it still helps to make your writing better. It shortens the sentences and varies the lengths more. It makes them (for the lack of a better term) more human. This is also the reason why they have lower AI likelihood scores. You can read more about how Undetectable AI’s essays are less monotonous in this article.
But a quick note, Undetectable AI’s writing is far from flawless, but let’s save that for later.
Undetectable AI Can Refine Your Text
Something that makes Undetectable AI unique from other humanizers (looking at you, Netus) is that it has output customization features that make sure the output matches your intent. These are the following:
- Use Case: General Writing, Essay, Article, Business Material, Marketing Material, Legal Material, Story, Cover Letter, Report
- Readability: High School, University, Doctorate, Journalist, Marketing
- Balance Level: Balanced, More Human, More Readable
This allows you to rewrite text efficiently using a paraphrasing tool without ever worrying about the tone you’re going for. For example, here’s an essay written using ChatGPT against its version written with Undetectable AI (with a little tweaking from QuillBot)
In Back to the Future Part II, the hoverboard became an iconic symbol of futuristic technology. Set in the year 2015, it captured the imagination of viewers, showing a world where skateboards levitated, unbound by gravity. Marty McFly’s thrilling chase scene on a hoverboard not only highlighted its incredible potential but also reflected the film’s whimsical take on future advancements. The hoverboard symbolized freedom, innovation, and the limitless possibilities of technology. Although actual hoverboards as depicted in the film have yet to be fully realized, the idea has inspired modern technological developments like self-balancing scooters and hover technology. The hoverboard remains a cultural touchstone, representing the intersection of science fiction and our aspirations for a gravity-defying future. |
The hoverboard, as seen in Back to the Future Part II, became a recognized representation of cutting-edge technology. It captivated viewers’ attention by depicting a world in which skateboards floated free of gravity in the year 2015. In addition to showcasing its amazing potential, Marty McFly’s exhilarating hoverboard chase sequence also conveyed the film’s whimsical perspective on technological breakthroughs in the future. The hoverboard was a representation of creativity, independence, and the boundless potential of technology. Even while hoverboards like those in the movie are still a ways off, the concept has influenced more recent technical advancements like self-balancing scooters and hover technology. The hoverboard, which symbolizes the meeting point of science fiction and our hopes for a future defying gravity, continues to be a cultural icon. |
This text was tweaked using the “essay” and “high school” parameters of Undetectable AI and was proofread by QuillBot to get rid of some of the intentional errors added by the humanizer. Notice how the content flows better this way?
More Proof That You’re Human
Aside from the paraphrasing tool, Undetectable AI also has a Human Typer extension for Google Chrome that rewrites your input in Google Docs. You can even adjust its speed and error rate. This gives you more leeway when your professor doesn’t believe that you wrote your essay by providing you with more proof that it’s actually human-written.
Here’s how it looks like in action:
Undetectable AI is Ethical
The thing I like most about Undetectable AI is how transparent they are with their ethics. When you open their main tool, one of the things that they require is assurance that you’re not using their paraphraser to cheat.
This may seem like a small gesture, but it’s actually a huge thing especially that LLMs brought with them an influx of cheaters in schools. In theory, Undetectable AI seems like a cheater’s best friend since it’s technically just another AI tool that can obscure machine-generated writing.
But they’re better than that, and that’s worth something.
So, What Does Undetectable AI Lack?
Throughout the article, I’ve only been giving praise to Undetectable AI. So, what’s the catch?
Like I said, Undetectable AI adds a few grammar and punctuation errors to hide from AI detection. Well, “a few” is actually an understatement. Here’s an example:
The ketogenic (keto) diet is a low-carb, high-fat eating plan designed to shift the body’s metabolism toward fat-burning. By drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and increasing fats, the body enters a state called ketosis, where it primarily burns fat for energy instead of glucose. This can lead to significant weight loss and improved blood sugar control. Foods like meat, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, and healthy oils are encouraged, while grains, sugars, and most fruits are avoided. Some people adopt keto for its potential benefits in managing diabetes, epilepsy, or heart disease. However, critics warn of possible nutrient deficiencies and long-term health risks. As with any diet, it’s important to consult a healthcare professional before starting keto. |
The keto diet is, about cutting down carbs and upping fats to get your body burning fat for fuel of glucose. A process known as ketosis that can help with weight loss and blood sugar control! You’ll be loading up your plate with meaty goodness like meat and fish, alongside eggs and dairy products while steering clear of grains, sugars and most fruits. Many individuals choose to follow a diet for its perceived advantages, in controlling diabetes or epilepsy and improving heart health concerns; nevertheless… there are those who express concerns about nutrient gaps and health hazards associated with it over the long term…. Just like with any change… It’s crucial to seek guidance, from a healthcare provider before embarking on a keto journey. |
Nobody’s perfect. I highly suggest correcting Undetectable AI’s grammar intently. What I mean by that is you should correct the output the way humans should and avoid common AI telltale signs. You can read more about those in this article.
The Bottom Line
Undetectable AI is great, but it has its limitations. Still, I can’t think of any other AI humanizer that comes close to its versatility and accuracy.
We have to face the reality that AI tools are now the norm. The future belongs to whoever knows how to best utilize it ethically. I have no doubt in my mind that the niche that Undetectable AI has carved for itself will only become bigger and bigger as AI detectors become more unstable — something that we can expect since LLMs are becoming better.
So, use it well, but don’t forget that the best writer isn’t AI. It’s you.
