In summary:

  • Tech Advisor reports that Virgin Media customers will gain access to Sky Atlantic programming from April 1, 2026, including popular HBO shows like ‘The Last of Us’ and ‘House of the Dragon’.
  • This expansion matters for Virgin TV 360 and Stream users with Sky Entertainment channels, offering premium content without additional subscription costs.

From 1 April 2026, Sky Atlantic programming will become available to both new and current customers with a Virgin Media Stream box or a Virgin TV 360 with Sky Entertainment channels (Sky Comedy, Sky Witness, and Sky One, which will soon be re-launched).

New customers can access Sky Atlantic programming with a Virgin TV and broadband Flex bundle, priced from £31.99 per month.

Sky Atlantic content will be available on channel 111 or via Virgin TV Go. Sky Atlantic will provide Virgin TV users with access to the vast range of programmes from the UK and the US.

The list includes Sky Originals such as Under Salt Marsh, a crime series set in a small North Wales town, and All Her Fault, a thriller based on the best-selling novel, starring Sarah Snook and Dakota Fanning.

On the Sky Atlantic channel, Virgin TV users can also watch shows including:

  • Heated Rivalry – A Canadian smash hit, it follows two professional hockey players who engage in a passionate romance while playing for rival teams.
  • Amadeus – A Will Sharpe-led series follows the rise and the fall of musical prodigy Wolfgang ‘Amadeus’ Mozart. It features Paul Bettany as composer Antonio Salieri, and Gabrielle Creevy as Constanze Weber, Mozart’s wife.
  • The Last of Us – The video game smash hit follows seasoned Joel (Pedro Pascal) and teenage Ellie (Bella Ramsey) as they journey through a post-apocalyptic world devastated by a terrible epidemic.
  • House of the Dragon – Set in Westeros 200 years before Game of Thrones, the series chronicles the infamous Targaryen civil war, known as the Dance of the Dragons.
  • The Miniature Wife – A Matthew Macfadyen-led comedy drama tells a story of a married couple whose life is interrupted by a strange technological accident.
  • The Good Daughter – Starring Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy, the series follows lawyers dealing with a violent incident from their shared past.
  • Sweetpea (season 2) – A dark comedy-drama led by Fallout alum Ella Purnell, this tells the story of a young woman who develops a burning desire to commit murder.

On Sky Atlantic, users can also catch the upcoming seasons of much-talked-about HBO Max shows, such as Euphoria and The White Lotus.
