The Samsung Galaxy A36 mid-range smartphone is going for its lowest ever price as part of the early Black Friday deals bonanza.
Amazon is now selling the Samsung Galaxy A36 for £249.98. That’s about £150 less than its £399 launch price, or to put it another way, a 37 percent saving.
This discount applies only to the Black and Awesome Lime models. Awesome Lavender and Awesome White continue to sell at the launch price, which reinforces what a hot deal this is.
At this price, the Samsung Galaxy A36 suddenly becomes a very appealing buy.
I reviewed the phone myself back in June, and found it to be a solid performer that didn’t quite stand out enough for the asking price.

At this new discounted price, however, it suddenly becomes a very tempting proposition.
Key strengths for the Samsung Galaxy A36 include an exemplary six years of software support from Samsung. Indeed, One UI is one of the more vibrant mobile interfaces out there, even if it diverts from Google’s solid underpinnings a little too much for some.
The 50Mp main camera is also accomplished here, producing vibrant colours and excellent dynamic range. Portrait shots are a particular treat.
Then there’s the Samsung Galaxy A36’s excellent stamina, with a 5000mAh cell packing the potential for genuine two-day battery life. 45W wired charging isn’t too shabby a provision, either.
Make no mistake – for £249.98, the Samsung Galaxy A36 is a classy little operator.
