Irish multinational professional services company Org Group has acquired tech recruitment platform Venturi, expanding its reach in a number of countries, including the UK, Germany and the US.
The Cork-headquartered business employs more than 3,000 people in 10 countries. Subsidiaries under the Org Group include global talent services firm Morgan McKinley and customer, business process managed services company Abtran.
The acquisition will complement the capabilities of the group’s Org advisory and technology services teams, specialising in the future of work through digital transformation, workforce technology enablement and organisational design for technology-driven change.
Headquartered in Manchester, UK and with offices in New York and Düsseldorf, Venturi specialises in connecting talent and skills with innovative companies across key digital disciplines. It is a partner for organisations seeking expertise in data analytics, software engineering, enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management.
